Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Maths lessons to primary/secondary students. Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal development. Effectively manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a safe and disciplined learning environment. Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies, ensuring all students can access the curriculum. Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver cross-curricular projects and activities. Maintain accurate records of students' progress and attendance, compiling reports as required. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Maths or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Previous experience teaching Maths to primary/secondary students. Knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire students, fostering a love for Mathematics. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
