Salary & Benefits
* Top-Tier Pay: Hourly rates from £19.00 – £23.00 (Experience dependent).
* High Basic: Annual basic salary between £44,460 and £53,820.
* Uncapped Earnings: Steady overtime at £28.50 – £34.50/hr, with realistic OTE exceeding £60,000.

What You Will Be Doing
* Specialist Repairs: Handling major and minor repairs on a modern fleet of LCVs (Transits, Sprinters) and HGVs.
* Advanced Diagnostics: Utilizing the latest tech for complex electrical fault finding and system analysis.
* Fleet Maintenance: Conducting preventative maintenance and MOT preparation to ensure 100% compliance.
* Quality Control: Maintaining a meticulous "Right First Time" approach to every vehicle.
Requirements
* Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of LCV or HGV mechanical and electrical systems.
* Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ / City & Guilds (or equivalent time-served experience).
* Ambition: A desire to maximize your earnings and stay at the cutting edge of vehicle technology.
* Local Proximity: Ideally based in or near Crayford, Dartford, Erith, or Bexleyheath.
