Responsibilities
* Create individualised learning plans based on real assessment
* Deliver 1:1 sessions that build confidence, curiosity and capability
* Plan exciting activities and visits that make learning stick
* Collaborate with our care and outdoor teams to bring lessons to life
* Track progress, set aspirations, and celebrate every win
* Travel across up to 6 beautiful service locations (vehicle required)

Must have a full UK manual driving licence and your own car - Travel between services is a key part of this role.
