The ideal candidate will have experience in senior housing and community roles, with a passion for housing. You should be forward-thinking, thrive on challenges, lead with integrity, and possess coaching skills that motivate your team.
Experience in collaborating with partners is essential, as you will represent Futures Housing Group at various partnership meetings across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Supporting the Director of Housing in implementing an effective community engagement strategy.
2. Assisting the Head of Customer Experience in developing FHG’s tenancy support services, identifying partnership and funding opportunities to improve outcomes for customers.
3. Helping the Director of Housing execute new projects and innovative initiatives aligned with our corporate plan and regulatory standards.
4. Supporting the Communities Manager in managing the Communities Team Leaders, providing technical advice, and supporting decision-making regarding enforcement actions on anti-social behavior and tenancy breaches.
5. Leading and developing the Communities service, optimizing the use of housing stock and resources in collaboration with Asset Management and Development teams.
