Join Our Team as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and support students across multiple school locations within the district. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic educational environment, starting as soon as possible through October 1st, with the potential for extension. Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule, working Monday through Friday for 35 hours per week.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans.
* Implementing and overseeing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs tailored to meet students' unique needs.
* Collaborating closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure effective behavioral support and progress.
* Monitoring student data and adjusting interventions to optimize outcomes.
* Providing training and guidance to school personnel on behavior management strategies to promote positive student development.
What We’re Looking For:
* Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
* Experience working within a school setting, especially with K-12 populations, is preferred.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams.
* Ability to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining detailed documentation.
* A commitment to student-centered practices and evidence-based interventions.

* Multiple school sites within the district, located in the vibrant Cambridge, MA area.
