Are you a passionate and dedicated BSL Level 2 or 3 qualified Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in the Tunbridge Wells area?
We are working with a supportive and inclusive secondary school in Tunbridge Wells seeking a confident and compassionate TA to support students with hearing impairments and additional needs.
The Role:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students who use British Sign Language
* Support access to the curriculum across a range of subjects
* Work closely with the SENCo and teaching staff to ensure inclusive learning
* Promote independence, confidence and academic progress
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds BSL Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (essential)
* Has experience working in a school or education setting
* Is patient, adaptable and committed to inclusive education
* Can build strong, positive relationships with students and staff
