Plant Supervisor Salary :£31,000 per annum About the Role We are looking for a proactive and safety-focused Plant Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operation of our concrete batching plant. This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant running of the site while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high operational standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in batching and dispatching concrete, supervising contractors and hauliers, carrying out routine maintenance checks and ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety and Environmental regulations.
