Accounts Assistant - Reading West - 8 month FTC - Circa £33.000 - Hybrid
I am currently working with a leading business based in Reading who require an Accounts Assistant on a 8 month FTC. This is a varied role working in a fun, fast paced environment.
Key duties:
* Downloading Bank Statements
* Preparation of weekly cashbooks
* Balance sheet reconciliations.
* Reconciling bank transactions
* Preparation of monthly cashbook journals
* Assisting with month end process.
* Reviewing intercompany transactions
* Preparation of month end journals
* Raising payments
Attitude & Skills:
* Strong attention to detail and accurate input
* A working knowledge of month end routines and timings
* Exposure to multi currencies
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong Excel and IT skills
