Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Runcorn, UK (with travel across the UK and Europe)

We are seeking an experienced HR business partner to help us attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent. This is a strategic and hands‑on role, supporting leaders in delivering a people agenda that enhances performance, builds engagement, and future‑proofs our workforce.

What you’ll do
* Partner with business leaders to shape HR strategy aligned with local and global priorities
* Advise on policies and handle complex employee relations cases
* Deliver HR data and insights to drive decision‑making and employee engagement
* Support end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, and retention activities
* Maintain HR systems and data integrity (Workday)
* Drive projects across engagement, culture, DE&I, and organisational development
* Ensure legal compliance and promote policy awareness
* Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders across the business
What we’re looking for
* A bachelor's degree and CIPD Level 5 qualification (Associate Membership)
* 3–6 years of HR experience, with at least 1–3 years in a business‑partner or advisory role
* Experience working within a complex, multinational business environment
* Strong understanding of UK employment law and best practices
* Analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
* A flexible, proactive, and solutions‑oriented mindset
* TUPE experience (preferred, but not essential)

Additional information
This role is based at our Runcorn office. Occasional travel to other Yokogawa locations across the UK and Europe will be required.
