Your Role: As the first friendly face our explorers meet, you’ll: Offer a warm welcome and answer curious questions. Work in admissions or retail, helping guests get their day started swimmingly. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every visitor has a fun, educational and unforgettable experience. Share your passion for the weird, wonderful and totally gross creatures of the ocean. Whether you’re helping someone choose the perfect souvenir or sharing fun facts about our animals, you’ll be at the heart of the action. These are seasonal, fixed term positions, contracted from May to November. All our seasonal roles are offered on a flexible minimum guaranteed hours of 5 per week. Availability of work will vary throughout the season. Friendly, hardworking, and full of energy – with a big "can-do" attitude. A natural communicator with excellent listening and motivational skills. Experienced in customer-facing roles and confident in upselling and promoting products.
