What’s on offer:

* 2 days per week in the office – Wednesday is essential

* Supporting with resourcing candidates in the Customer Care Advisor (CCA) team
* Reviewing recruitment data and reporting back with confidence and clarity
* Identifying opportunities to improve admin processes
* Getting involved in interviews and the hiring process as you grow into the role

What we’re looking for:

* Exceptional admin skills – organised, efficient, and detail-obsessed
* Confident using Excel (you won’t need to build formulas – just work with them)
* Strong communication skills – you’ll be speaking to managers and even directors
* A genuine passion for people and continuous improvement
* Someone who enjoys a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* A people person with a proactive attitude
* German language skills are a bonus, but not required
* Previous experience in recruitment or talent teams is helpful but not essential
