Responsibilities
Assist in day‑to‑day operations of the University’s key IT systems and infrastructure.
Support and troubleshoot systems and infrastructure.
Design, deliver, and support systems and infrastructure projects.
Manage support tickets.
Enhance the knowledge base.
Support the systems management team operations.
Qualifications
Experience supporting Windows Server and Linux systems.
Knowledge of M365.
Experience with virtualised hybrid cloud technologies.
Experience with identity management (AD Entra ID).
Good communication skills.
Teamworking experience.
