Salary: £28,080 per year (£14.40 per hour) plus benefits

What You’ll Need
* Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
* Previous experience in a care/support setting with challenging behaviour
* A valid manual UK driving licence
* The legal right to live and work in the UK
* QCF in Health and Social Care Level 2 Diploma (or equivalent) with willingness to undertake level 3, and demonstrate reasonable knowledge of regulatory standards for supported/residential living.
* Previous experience in a Senior role.

Who You’ll Be Supporting
At Arnold Road, Dorset we support a lovely lady who recently transitioned from a long‑stay acute setting to her own home, supported by SeeAbility. She has moderate learning disabilities but manages her personal care with minimal prompting. A homebody at heart, she prefers staying in and communicates using a mix of Makaton and her own unique signs.
