Part Qualified Accountant- Health Care Sector- Belfast Reed Recruitment is delighted to be working with one of Belfast's leading Private Health Care Specialists and assisting with the recruitment of an experienced Assistant Accountant/ Part Qualified Accountant to join their team on a full-time basis. Working within a busy, growing and thriving Finance Function the successful applicant will be responsible for assisting the Head of Finance with all aspects of accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Accounts Professional, keen to develop their career and work alongside a supportive Finance Manager. Duties: Assistant with management accounts Assist in producing regular cash flow forecasts and reports for management Sales ledger invoice processing Credit control Payment processing Prepare weekly and monthly sales, purchases, debtor and creditor reports. Maintain accurate accounting records of patient/supplier payment history, disputes, and resolutions. General administrative duties Essential Criteria: At least 3 years' experience in a similar role within accounts and credit control essential Knowledge of credit control practices and sales and purchase ledger and cashflow management. Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures. Proficiency in accounting software (e. and MS Office software Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
