Role Overview
Supply Chain Planner – responsible for tissue planning across Kimberly-Clark International Family Care and Professional (IFP) sites, coordinating with external vendors and internal functions through the SAP Planning system.
Responsibilities
* Prepare daily and weekly production plans.
* Optimize and communicate changes to production and deployment to meet customer service and inventory objectives.
* Maintain accurate master data and inventory requirements through reporting and transactional systems.
* Execute product introductions and discontinuations.
* Lead continuous‑improvement projects to enhance planning and supply‑chain processes.
* Identify, monitor, and advise on risks, opportunities, and priorities for tactical and strategic decisions.
* Manage day‑to‑day inventory issues.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Supply Chain Planner, Tactical Planner, Supply Optimizer, or Production Planner.
* Background in FMCG or a similar industry.
* Bachelor’s degree (BA, BSc) or equivalent desirably.
* Experience with SAP systems desirable.
* Proven track‑record of building successful cross‑functional relationships.
* Fluent in English; additional language skills advantageous.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Travel Requirement
Travel to the Barrow Mill site at least once a month if not based there.
