The surgery
* GP Training with multiple trainers, also host medical students
* Very tight-knit Partnership, all get along very well
* Leased premises allowing for very accessible route to Partnership
* Geared towards reducing GP workload
o Clinical support team of ACP, ANP and Prescribing Pharmacist
o Dedicated Admin GP everyday dealing with urgent tasks and bloods
o Dedicated Partner/admin session freeing up your clinical sessions for patients
o No enhanced access requirements in the evenings or weekends
* High QOF scoring
* Coffee break every morning
* More affluent demographic than surrounding areas but still offering plenty of variety
* SystmOne
Your role
* GP Partner (Salaried with view to Partnership may also be considered)
* 5-6 sessions (may be able to offer more)
* Weekly Partner/admin session
* Weekly CPD session
* Fantastic workload
* 11 ‘new’ patients per session
* 3 protected follow-up slots – only you can book
* 15-minute appointments
* Minimal home visits – low visiting anyway with bulk done by ST3s and ANPs
You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
