The Role
The great thing about this job is no two days are ever the same. Your main aim will be to provide support two fun loving gentlemen to live in their own shared home. You'll assist them with all aspects of her daily life including finances, cooking, housework & personal care. We'll also need you to be enthusiastic about supporting them with hobbies and interests too, these include football, quizzing, days out, being outdoors and boats.
About you
Don't have experience? Don't worry, we recruit on values and transferrable skills and are more interested in what you as a person will bring to our team. We'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills you'll need. We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees!
All we need you to bring is: -

3. Good communication and organisational skills
4. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
5. Confidence in the use of computers
As one of the gentlemen has a Motability car, we are ideally looking for someone with a full clean UK driving license, but this isn't a deal breaker for the right candidate.
Shift Patterns
As we are dedicated to providing around the clock support that is tailored to the needs of each individual, shift patterns for this service will involve working early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, sleepovers and public holidays.
Our sleepovers are not included in your contracted hours, you will receive an additional £96 for every sleepover shift worked.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.
