Head of Sales (HVAC) UK&I.
Our Client is a Global leader in the thermal protection of critical HVAC plant (Data Centres etc) who now need to appoint a UK based Head of Sales who has 'specification' in their DNA! Backed by over five decades of innovation, our Client creates solutions that keep Commercial HVAC systems reliable in high priority buildings. With a Global turnover of $600m+, and plans for impressive growth, this is an excellent time to be joining this business.
We are looking for a 'people's person' who can coach & develop a small team of external specification sales engineers whilst using your extensive contact book of M&E Consultants.
Ideally, we are particularly keen to speak to those who are commutable to London and have the drive to take the next step in your HVAC management career in a vertical that is predicting significant growth in the coming years.
About you:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred)
* Proven experience and success in specification sales (minimum 5-years) within Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
* Strong technical competence with strong capability to understand and explain sophisticated engineering concepts
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
* Successful leadership in business growth through strategic initiatives, product/market expansion, or ecosystem development
* Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
* A valid driver's license
