The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with recent experience in Early Years. An enhanced child DBS on the update service (Or willingness to apply for one). Have an excellent understanding of the EYFS Framework and how to deliver it effectively. Be passionate about early childhood education and understand the importance of play-based learning. Be skilled in building warm, trusting relationships with young children and their families. Be confident in observing, assessing, and tracking pupil progress. Bring creativity and enthusiasm to daily classroom activities and continuous provision. Be committed to promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
