Qualifications:
* Valid Speech-Language Pathologist Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
* Experience in pediatric speech therapy
* Proficient in providing services in school settings
* Ability to collaborate effectively with educational teams
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) is a plus

Responsibilities:
* Provide direct speech and language services to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
* Supervise and support Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in service delivery
* Conduct assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to enhance student outcomes
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
* Implement evidence-based practices in therapy sessions
