There are also opportunities to work alongside Clinical Psychologists by co-facilitating psychoeducation and support groups for parents of children accessing The Havens.

The post holder will also be expected to prepare course materials for workshops and groups and there will be regular opportunities to co-facilitate with a member of the team. Further tasks would include assisting in audits, clerical tasks, data entry and collating and analysing client feedback. A working knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods is desirable as well as understanding Excel spreadsheets.

In addition, the post holder would be expected to support the team with research duties as required by the service and a solid understanding of qualitative/quantitative research methods would be advantageous. You will be asked to assist clinicians with administering and scoring psychological measures, as well as take a lead on managing the outcome measures database

A willingness to rise to the challenges presented by this area of work and a commitment to providing an excellent service to survivors of sexual assault are necessary.

The post holder is expected to have Graduate Basis for Registration with the British Psychological Society.
