Advanced Clinical Practitioners are key members of a diverse and fast-paced urgent care environment, providing high-quality, timely care to patients across all age groups.
This challenging role requires a dual-trained Advanced Clinical Practitioner with expertise in both Minor Illness and Minor Injuries, based in a patient-focused walk-in centre.
Responsibilities:
* Assessing, diagnosing, prescribing, and treating patients autonomously
* Managing a wide range of conditions, including minor illnesses and injuries
* Working independently with both adults and children
* Ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with other healthcare professionals
The successful candidate will have ACP/ANP qualification with Level 7 clinical training, proven experience managing minor illnesses and injuries, non-medical prescribing qualification, and current NMC/HCPC registration.
