Nursing Home Manager Up to £65,000 per annum Bonus Scheme | Full-Time | NMC Registered Nurse Required Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager looking for your next challenge in a service that already has strong foundations and a reputation for quality care? As Home Manager, you'll have the chance to build on the home's success, inspire and develop a dedicated team. We're looking for a confident nurse-qualified leader with a proven track record in nursing home management, someone who can balance quality care, regulatory compliance, team development, and operational performance while fostering strong relationships with residents, families, professionals, and external partners. What We're Looking For Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager within a nursing home setting Proven track record of achieving and maintaining CQC compliance Experience managing residential and nursing care services Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Experience working with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and regulatory bodies Strong understanding of clinical governance, safeguarding, and quality standards What's On Offer Up to £65,000 per annum Performance-related bonus scheme Competitive annual leave package Pension scheme Long service awards Benefits and rewards portal Paid NMC renewal fees Internal training and development programmes Opportunity to gain further qualifications Supportive senior leadership team Career progression opportunities Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day management of the nursing home Ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and resident wellbeing Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation Lead, motivate, and develop nursing, care, and management teams Drive quality improvement initiatives and service development Monitor occupancy, budgets, and operational performance Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and commissioners Support recruitment, retention, and staff development across the service Promote a culture of person-centred care and clinical excellence All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements, including an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references, and verification of the right to work in the UK.
