Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Indoor Sales role based in the Sunderland. The successful candidate will be actively involved in generating and developing leads, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, conducting follow-ups, providing product and service information, and assisting the sales team. The role requires interaction with customers both in person and via communication channels, as well as occasional collaboration with internal teams to meet objectives.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for handling inquiries and maintaining client relationships.
* Proficiency in Sales and familiarity with Sales processes to achieve business goals effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment.
* Prior experience in freight management, logistics, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
