Care Quality Manager (Mobile) Northern Ireland (Travel Required) £53,500 per annum Full Driving Licence Essential Black Fox Solutions is delighted to be recruiting for a Care Quality Manager (Mobile) on behalf of a leading care provider. This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinically qualified professional with a strong background in quality and compliance within elderly care settings. This is a mobile role requiring flexibility to work across services over a 7-day period, including weekend visits where required. About the Role As Care Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving quality standards across multiple care homes. You will bring a proven track record in quality management, a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, and the confidence to drive operational improvements. You will work closely with Home Managers and senior leadership teams to ensure services are inspection-ready and delivering exceptional, person-centred care. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support services in preparation for and response to Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA) inspections Conduct quality audits and implement robust action plans Drive continuous improvement and operational change across services Complete Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and embed learning outcomes Review and improve care planning systems and clinical documentation Deliver training and mentoring to management and clinical teams Monitor compliance with regulatory and organisational standards Support services in achieving high-quality outcomes for residents Promote a culture of accountability, learning and excellence Essential Criteria: Nurse Qualified / Clinically trained (Essential) Management qualification Proven experience within a Care Home setting Exposure to RQIA inspections (Essential) Strong experience in care planning and clinical governance Demonstrated ability to deliver training and support teams Experience driving operational change Full UK Driving Licence and access to transport (Essential) Flexibility to work across a 7-day rota including weekends About You: Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Passionate about high-quality care for older people Confident communicator with the ability to influence and support managers Resilient, adaptable and solutions-focused Comfortable working autonomously across multiple locations This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager or Senior Clinical Professional ready to step into a dynamic, improvement-focused role with real impact.
