Your Role:
As Field Sales Executive UK, you will play a key role in implementing Karcher GmbHs growth strategy by driving new business across the UK. As an individual, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from acquisition and consulting to closing new deals, with a focus on actively acquiring new customers and expanding the existing customer base.
What you will be doing:
* Achieve / exceed the annual sales, margin targets for the sales area
* Active acquisition of new customers and expansion of the existing customer base
* Unlock New Business: Pursue new business opportunities by collaborating with national and regional wholesale teams and directly securing key accounts to expand our premium brand presence in influential on-premise locations.
* Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries promptly and proactively
* Provide an appropriate level of reporting and ensure that the company CRM systems are accurately and promptly maintained
What we are looking for:
* You have Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
* You have in-depth knowledge of the sales process, from strategy to closing
* At least 3-4 years of professional B2B sales experience
* Good working knowledge of MS Office, as well as CRM systems
* You have technical affinity and can work well with products that require both technical understanding, as well as industry norms awareness
* You are outgoing, have strong communication skills and relationship-building skills
* You are willing to travel extensively and have a UK driving licence
* Independent, structured and goal-oriented approach to work
* You are customer-oriented, and reliability and a sense of responsibility come naturally to you
* Based in Greater London with strong local market knowledge
