What You’ll Be Doing
* Growing sales and expanding our reach across the Midlands Region
* Building strong partnerships with merchants, main contractors, and groundwork specialists
* Getting out in front of customers, uncovering needs, and winning high‑value deals
* Owning your territory, managing your pipeline, and driving results
* Working closely with our HQ team to deliver a seamless, premium service
* Using CRM tools (Goldmine & MS Dynamics) to stay organised and ahead of the game
This role is for someone who loves autonomy, thrives on results, and knows how to turn opportunities into long‑term relationships.
What You’ll Bring
* 5+ years selling drainage or heavy civil products
* Experience with sustainable drainage solutions
* Strong technical understanding – from stormwater storage to flow control and treatment
* A successful track record with builders’ merchants, contractors, and premium product ranges
* Confident, persuasive communication and negotiation skills
* A self‑motivated approach – you own your territory and your outcomes
* Ability to follow projects through from first conversation to closing the deal
