Job Description
As the Visual Merchandiser Manager, you will oversee the implementation of a clear and coherent customer journey across stores, adhering to ARKET standards and guidelines. You will support a team of Visual Merchandisers within your assigned stores.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent customer service by maintaining extensive knowledge of trends, products, and styling.
2. Ensure an impactful store experience and a clear customer journey for indirect customer service.
3. Analyze sales data and service results to direct visual strategies that maximize sales.
4. Lead and motivate your Visual Merchandising team to uphold high visual standards.
5. Collaborate with store management to implement visual changes and define customer experience strategies.
6. Identify and develop future talents within your team.
7. Set visual merchandising standards and train your team on product stories, key products, and inspiration.
8. Communicate regularly with Area Visual and store management teams, providing feedback and updates.

What You Need to Succeed:
* Understanding of current fashion trends and silhouettes.
* Experience with visual merchandising guidelines, including window displays and mannequins.

* Ability to make data-driven visual decisions based on KPIs and sales data.
* Proficiency in English.
* Leadership experience is advantageous.
