We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a rail infrastructure project in Swansea. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a temporary-to-permanent position with a long-term pipeline of work for the right individual.
Role & Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day site operations and supervising site teams and subcontractors
*
Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, specifications, and quality standards
*
Supporting the Project Manager with planning, reporting, and progress updates
*
Ensuring full compliance with rail safety standards and procedures
*
Managing RAMS, permits to work, and site documentation
*
Coordinating inspections, quality checks, and site records
*
Liaising with Network Rail representatives, engineers, and stakeholders
*
Managing health, safety, environmental, and quality performance on site
*
Supporting the pre-construction and commercial teams by assisting tender bid submissions and providing technical input and cost information where required
Requirements:
*
Proven experience working as a Site Agent on rail infrastructure projects
*
Experience in railway footbridge and railway vehicle bridge construction and planning
*
Experience in railway station construction and planning
*
Experience in utilities diversion works, including planning and construction
*
Strong knowledge of rail construction methodology and sequencing
*
SMSTS essential
*
Valid CSCS card
*
PTS certification required
*
Experience working to Network Rail standards and procedures
*
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
