Title: Business Development Lead
Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 p.a.
Working Pattern: Full Time
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Remote with occasional travel to Brighton
D&A are looking for someone to fill a key role within the organisation and work at the heart of the Business Development team. The ideal candidate will strategically identify potential leads, directly foster and secure large-scale partnerships to increase the reach of D&A’s work, securing sales in agreed target areas and oversee business development pipelines from early-stage lead generation to managing opportunities through conversion into sales. This person will also evolve the workplace business development strategy in line with sector development leads and strategic opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you will:
* proven track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets and objectives
* verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and proposals effectively
* interpersonal and relationship-building skills with ability to establish rapport with diverse stakeholders
