* Theological Enquiry: Guiding students through the core tenets, practices, and diverse expressions of the world’s major religions, including Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, Sikhism, and Buddhism.
* Ethical Debate: Leading sophisticated discussions on contemporary moral issues, from medical ethics and animal rights to social justice and the relationship between religion and science.
* Curriculum Innovation: Developing resources that reflect the unique local context of Blackburn while maintaining a broad, balanced, and inclusive global perspective.
* Exam Mastery: Guiding GCSE cohorts through the AQA or Edexcel (Specification B) requirements, focusing on high-level evaluation, scriptural analysis, and the command of technical vocabulary.
* SMSC Leadership: Playing a pivotal role in the school’s Spiritual, Moral, Social, and Cultural (SMSC) development, coordinating "Interfaith Week" events and managing visits to local places of worship.
