Qualifications
* Promoting a culture of psychological safety and managing team dynamics.
* Experience of leading and building stakeholder relationships at multiple levels.
* Proactive approach to learning and development for yourself and others.
* Experienced in the use of Agile principles and practices.
* Experience of digital delivery in an agile environment for a data product/service or a data platform.
About the Role
You will be part of the Management Information team, providing strategic intelligence for MI reporting and visualisations across the Department. You will fast‑track your skills and career within the largest Delivery community in government.
Location
You'll join us in one of our digital hubs in Blackpool, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle or Sheffield – whichever is most convenient.
