Overview
We are seeking an experienced Installation Manager to oversee and coordinate installation projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of project management, ensuring that installations are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and effective communication skills.
Duties
* Lead and manage installation teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
* communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
* Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and build customer relationships.
* Implement time management strategies to optimise productivity and efficiency across all installation activities.
* Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to accommodate changes or unforeseen challenges.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a managerial role within the construction or double glazing industry.
* Familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable.
* Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent leadership abilities, fostering a collaborative team environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
