Looking for a qualified Dispensing Optician Practice Manager to join our team of Opticians and Audiologists in Hampshire. A high-end, independent practice fitted with the most up to date optical equipment, a wide variety of frame ranges and a friendly team of professionals working together to provide exceptional patient care. Salaries start at around £36,931 - £38,875 but can increase depending on experience with additional bonus earnings. The practice is open from Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm; Saturday 9am to 4pm with Sundays closed. * Dispensing Optician Practice Manager
* The position is full-time just under 39 hours per week.
* Practice Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm; Saturday 9am to 4pm
* Someone who is passionate and ambitious, with confidence in their skills.
* Friendly and helpful disposition
* Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
* Previous management experience is necessary.
* Must be clinically minded and commercially aware
* Good understanding of KPI's
