This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing B2B business as their Senior Marketing & Communications Executive. You’ll be the driving force behind their brand presence, both online and offline, shaping campaigns that reflect a playful yet professional tone and ensuring every touchpoint engages audiences with energy and creativity.
The Role
As Senior Marketing & Comms Executive, you’ll take ownership of developing and delivering integrated marketing and communications strategies across the group. From brand campaigns and content creation to digital marketing and paid activity, you’ll ensure the business stands out, drives engagement and builds brand awareness across multiple channels.
* Lead on creative brand campaigns around seasonal events, anniversaries, launches and other key moments.
* Develop fresh and engaging content across digital and offline channels, working with freelance creatives where required.
* Manage social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn) to grow reach and engagement.
* Oversee website content and SEO, ensuring it remains up-to-date, engaging and visible.
* Manage CRM activity to strengthen relationships, retention and loyalty.
* Plan and deliver targeted paid campaigns across Google, Meta and TikTok, ensuring ROI.
* Work cross-functionally with sales, HR and operations teams to align marketing activity with business objectives.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within B2B or public services.
* A strong track record in developing and delivering integrated campaigns across digital, print, events and PR.
* Knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, social media and CRM systems.
* Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills.
* Strong analytical ability with experience managing budgets.
* A creative, collaborative approach and the confidence to take campaigns from idea to execution.
