Interim Estates Surveyor
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and advise on a varied local authority property portfolio
* Deliver landlord and tenant matters including, rent reviews and negotiations, ground leases
* Support asset management
* Wayleave work
* Instruct and manage external agents and professional advisers
* Ensure compliance with local authority policies and statutory requirements
Requirements:
* MRICS qualified (preferred)
* Proven experience in estates/property management, ideally within a local authority or public sector environment
* Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant law and property best practice
* Able to work with a varied caseload and work to tight deadlines
* Good communication and stakeholder management skills
