A brand-new Pharmacist opportunity has just arisen within a specialist pharmacy team in Chester.
The team works closely with healthcare providers across the area to optimise clinical pharmacy care for their patients, with a particular focus on mental health.
As a Pharmacist, your role will involve resolving clinical enquiries from healthcare professionals in the field - providing expert information and guidance regarding specialist mental health medications and ensuring medication safety management processes are followed concerning related prescriptions.
The service uses an EPMA system and is non-patient-facing.

This would be ideal for a Pharmacist who is looking to develop within clinical pharmacy, in a specialist area, outside of a traditional hospital or primary care setting.
This is a permanent, full-time position, Mon-Fri.
