Role Overview
A face‑to‑face Assessment Day will take place on Thursday 25 September 2025. Attendance is mandatory as it is part of the interview process.
You will support an individual living at home in Cheltenham who has Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, FND, Gastroparesis and uses a wheelchair at all times. The role requires you to provide person‑centred care, enrich daily life and support independence.

Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 personal care and enriching activities
* Support independence, wellbeing and daily routines
* Follow care plans and keep accurate records
* Work in line with CQC standards and organisational policies
Qualifications
* Experience in complex care
* Experience supporting challenging behaviours
* Experience in mental health care
* Experience managing multiple allergies
* Local knowledge of Cheltenham and a full UK driving licence (required for day shifts)
