Enso Recruitmentare delighted to be working with awell-established organisation who are continuing to invest in their internal technology.They are now seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer (Business Central) to join their IT team and support the ongoing improvement of critical business systems.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, process improvement, and working closely with users across the business within a collaborative environment.The OpportunityYoull play a key role in supporting and improving core business systems, with a particular focus on Dynamics 365 Business Central.This role combines 2nd line support, systems analysis, and continuous improvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both resolving technical issues and identifying opportunities to improve how systems and processes operate.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 2nd line support across core business systems, including Dynamics 365 Business CentralInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system and user issues efficientlySupport IT-related projects, including testing, reporting, and issue managementAnalyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automationWork closely with users, internal teams, and third-party suppliers to ensure systems meet business requirementsUse AI tools alongside Power Platform tools, including PowerApps and Power Automate, to support automation and improve efficiencyMaintain accurate documentation and contribute to user support and trainingSupport continuous improvement initiatives across systems, reporting, and operational processesParticipate in an on-call rota to support business continuity where requiredAbout You1+ years experience in an IT Support or Systems Support roleExperience working with Dynamics 365 Business CentralStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as PowerApps and Power AutomateStrong analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvementsComfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical usersProactive, organised, and eager to learnFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites where requiredBenefitsHybrid working25 days PTO + stat daysL&D opportunitiesLife assurancePensionTo find out more about this opportunity, submit your CV below, or reach out to a member of the Enso Recruitment team today!Skills:Business Central Power Platform PowerApps Power AutomateWHJS1_NI
