2-3 per week Ongoing training in-house with multiple teams to enable a range of career progression options over time Happy to be office based in Watford Strictly NON-VOLUME focused Bonuses based on lender performance as opposed to individual surveyor output, affirming focus on quality over quantity Suitable Valuers will come from a stable career background and have a desire to work client side with a demonstrable track record in residential and/or commercial valuation.
