Responsibilities
The post holder will need to be an experienced Operating Department Practitioner with extensive anaesthetic experience across a variety of specialities. They must possess excellent leadership and clinical skills, acting effectively as a team leader and providing clinical leadership and management support to ensure agreed standards, objectives and targets are met. As a clinical expert in Operating Department Practice, the post holder will act within professional boundaries to provide patient care and will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs and support the delivery of policy and procedures.
Requirements
* Experience as an Operating Department Practitioner with extensive anaesthetic knowledge across specialties.
* Proven leadership and clinical expertise in operating department practice.
* Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and support policy implementation.
* Must provide an immunisation and vaccination report from a UK occupational health provider or GP.
