Job Title: Automation Service Engineer
Location: Tewkesbury, (70% Travel required)

You'll need to work on-site and in-house, overseeing electrical installations, machinery commissioning, servicing, and support. Your tasks include control panel installation, wiring, and a strong focus on learning, particularly in vision inspection systems, all with a commitment to top-quality and timely project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate proficiency as an apprentice who has undergone training or is a certified electrical technician.
* Possess the ability to interpret engineering schematics, with a strong emphasis on electrical diagrams and an advantageous understanding of mechanical drawings.
* Exhibit substantial experience in handling automated machinery.
* Maintain a high-level grasp of industrial control systems and expertise in PLC programming.
* Demonstrate competence in working with pneumatic systems and managing valves.
* Possess hands-on experience with industrial networks.
* Uphold a strong work ethic while representing the company positively.
* Collaborate effectively within a team and maintain a positive attitude.
* Adhere to written instructions and method statements.
* Be familiar with working in clean and sanitary environments while adhering to health and safety requirements.
* Demonstrate competence in working on medium-sized assemblies and sub-assemblies.
* Display keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Be open to learning and committed to continuous improvement.
