We are recruiting for an experienced Void Multi Trader to carry out refurbishment and maintenance works on void social housing properties across Oxfordshire.
You will be working on a variety of trades to bring properties up to a re-letting standard as part of ongoing maintenance contracts.
Duties
General repairs and maintenance on void properties
Carpentry, basic plumbing, patch plastering, decorating
Making properties ready for re-let standards
Working across multiple properties daily
Completing works efficiently and to a high standard
Requirements
Strong experience as a Multi Trader (voids/social housing preferred)
Competent across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, decorating, etc.)
Own tools required
Own van essential
Ability to work independently and manage workload
