Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Colchester, Essex Full Time or Part Time Options Available - Permanent Position Immediate Start Available About Us JSC Group Interiors Ltd is a small, family led company supplying premium curtain poles and tracks to the luxury interior trade. We support bespoke curtain makers and top interior designers across the UK, helping them deliver exceptional craftsmanship with our quality products and service. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive to join our office team. The Role As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in engaging new and existing trade customers, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting our high-end product range. This is an office based role involving outbound calls, relationship building, and supporting our customers to grow their orders with us. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is commercially minded, and thrives in a friendly but fast paced environment. Industry experience is helpful but not essential - full product training will be provided. Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to existing and prospective trade customers * Build and maintain strong relationships with curtain makers, retailers, and interior professionals * Promote our product range, offers, and services to drive sales and customer growth * Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system * Support our creative marketing campaigns * Support the wider sales and marketing efforts where required * Achieve call targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives What We’re Looking For * Previous experience in telesales, business development, or customer engagement (desirable) * Confident communicator with a friendly and professional telephone manner * Strong relationship building skills and commercially aware mindset * Self motivated, organised, and able to manage workload effectively * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office software What We Offer * Competitive salary performance-related incentives * Wednesday afternoons off at full pay when workloads allow, for a mid-week recharge * 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, with an additional day off on your birthday * Up to 5 days fully paid sick leave per year * Supportive team culture with full product and systems training * On-site parking and excellent local transport links * Regular team building and wellbeing events, plus access to an EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) How to Apply Please submit your CV.
