We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on getting stuck into multiple projects, coordinating creative initiatives, and keeping marketing operations running smoothly. From CRM campaigns and website updates to video production and exhibitions, you'll be the driving force behind our marketing execution. About the role:
We are looking for someone who enjoys getting involved in all areas and levels of marketing and takes a proactive approach to driving projects forward. Main responsibilities will include:
· Creating and maintaining digital sales brochures and support materials
· Updating website content and equipment listings
· Developing new website content to reflect evolving offerings
· Overseeing and managing social media channels
· Creating or overseeing machine demonstration videos
· Leading cleaning animation video production
· Supporting exhibition planning and execution
· Coordinating CRM email campaigns using HubSpot
· Developing case studies and success stories
· Providing marketing support to the sales team
About you:
Ideally you will have:
· Experience working in a digital marketing agency, or experience working client-side in a small to medium-sized enterprise (SME)
· Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools (HubSpot experience is a plus)
· Experience using Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop
· Excellent communication and project management skills
· High attention to detail, a creative eye and ability to manage multiple projects
· Commercial awareness and ability to align marketing with business objectives
· A passion for all things coffee
