Key Responsibilities
In this Sales Leadership position, you'll be responsible for:
* Setting up and delivering the overall sales strategy
* Leading, developing, and motivating the sales team
* Driving revenue growth through existing accounts and new business
* Managing forecasts, pipelines, and sales reporting
* Working closely with marketing to align campaigns and sales activity
* Building strong, long-term client relationships

Experience

* Strong B2B sales experience with a strategic mindset
* A track record of leading teams to exceed targets
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Confidence using CRM systems and sales data
