What We're Looking For
* A proven track record in automotive sales management
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
* A customer-first mindset paired with a commercial, goal-oriented approach
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
* Strong computer literacy and comfort with digital systems
* High levels of self-motivation and a hands-on, lead-from-the-front attitude
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and inspire the sales team to exceed targets
* Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback and coaching
* Manage daily operations including deal files, handovers, and sales pipeline
* Ensure compliance and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
* Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high achievement
* Recruit, train, and resource the sales team to support long-term success
Working Hours
* Weekend working (both Saturday and Sunday) with days off in the week
* 4 Days week 1, 5 days week 2
* 1 Weekend off Per month
