We are actively looking for a Electrical Services Officer to join a local authority in the North Birmingham area on a permanent basis. As the Electrical Services Officer you will be:
1. Carrying out electrical inspections across various properties in the Birmingham area
2. Liaising with contractors to check the progress of work and ensure that it is completed to a high standard
3. Working with senior management to ensure that remedial actions have been completed
4. Overseeing the servicing, maintenance, refurbishment, and installation contracts across fire alarms, suppression systems, lift specifications, air conditioning and door entry
As the Electrical Services Officer you will need:
5. Electrical background
6. Social housing / public sector experience
7. Previous experience overseeing electrical contracts across fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, lifts and door entry
8. Experience completing electrical inspections and working with contractors
9. Electrical relevant qualifications
