Responsibilities:
* Conduct property viewings with potential tenants
* Negotiate offers between tenants and landlords
* Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the rental process
* Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions
* Preparing Inventories
-Assist in property management
-Updating Social Media portals
-Work closely with the Lettings Manager in business development
Skills:
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
* Excellent administrative skills to maintain accurate records and documentation
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively
