Overview
Lead Service Engineer role at a leading M&E Contractor, covering London and Kent. The position offers variety across high-profile sites with a strong focus on railway contracts. Full training and rail competency certification will be provided.
As Lead Service Engineer, you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across critical sites such as signal centres, data centres, depots, stations and track-side locations, covering a wide range of HVAC systems, including splits, VRVs, chillers, AHUs, LTHW and CHW systems.
Responsibilities
* Provide planned and reactive maintenance across specified sites and HVAC systems.
* Support railway contract projects and adhere to safety and regulatory requirements.
* Coordinate with site teams to ensure reliable operation of HVAC equipment and minimize downtime.

* Salary approximately £50,000

* On-call rota 1 in 8 (£125 per week)
* Minimum 4 hours paid per call-out
Requirements
* City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 & F-Gas
* Experience in servicing splits, VRVs, chillers, AHUs, LTHW, or CHW systems
* Full UK driving licence
* Flexibility to work across London and Kent, including occasional track-side/rail sites (rail training provided)
